Programmes & prices

One sitting, twelve weeks, or a standing hour.

Three vessels, one method. Every price on this page is the price you pay — no packages, no upsell at week six, and no charge for the conversation that decides which one is right.

The Single Sitting

Ninety minutes
£180
one session, paid on booking

One long sitting for a decision that will not settle.

You bring one thing — the job, the move, the conversation you have carried for two years. We spend ninety minutes on it and nothing else. It is not a taster for the twelve weeks and it is not sold as one; plenty of people take a sitting once a year and never need anything more.

What is included
  • A short written intake the week before, so the sitting starts at the middle rather than the beginning
  • Ninety minutes, remote or in-studio
  • A one-page centre note written by us within two working days — what was said, what it came down to, what to watch
  • One follow-up email exchange, whenever you want it
Right for you if

You are broadly steady and stuck on one specific thing.

Take something else if

Several things are pulling at once, or the same decision keeps coming back.

The Wheel

Twelve weeks
£1,860
or three monthly payments of £620

The full arc — Centre, Shape, Fire — and the only container we consider load-bearing.

Twelve weekly sessions across a thirteen-week window, so there is one week of slack for the week that goes wrong. This is where the method actually lives: three weeks finding the axis, seven raising walls, two under deliberate heat. We hold six of these at a time and no more, which is why there is sometimes a wait.

What is included
  • Twelve one-to-one sessions of sixty minutes, weekly, at a fixed slot held for you
  • A written note after every session — yours to keep, not a summary for our files
  • One commitment a week, agreed in the room, sized to your worst day
  • One twenty-minute unscheduled call, for the week that needs it
  • The firing note at week twelve: what holds, what is thin, what to do when it moves
  • A standing invitation to The Kiln afterwards, never a requirement
Right for you if

Several things are pulling at once and you have stopped being able to tell which is which.

Take something else if

You need something resolved inside a fortnight, or you cannot protect a weekly hour.

The Kiln

One standing hour a month
£120
a month, rolling — thirty days’ notice, any time
Enquire about The Kiln →

Maintenance for a form that already holds.

One hour a month, same slot, for as long as it is useful. Life reheats things — a promotion, a birth, a bereavement, a quiet slide back into old pressure — and an hour a month is usually enough to catch the movement while it is still small. Open to anyone who has finished The Wheel, and to Single Sitting clients after two sittings.

What is included
  • One sixty-minute session a month at a fixed slot
  • A two-line written check between sessions if you want one
  • Your firing note revisited every quarter
  • Pause it for up to three months without losing your slot
Right for you if

You did the work and you would rather not let it drift.

Take something else if

You have not centred yet. Start with a sitting.

Prices include VAT where it applies and have not changed since 2025. Sessions cancelled with more than forty-eight hours’ notice are moved, not charged. If cost is the only thing in the way, say so in your enquiry — two places on The Wheel each year are held at a reduced rate.

The honest arithmetic

A week on The Wheel.

One hour and twelve minutes. That is the whole ask. People assume a twelve-week programme means evenings lost to exercises; it does not, and the ones that do are usually compensating for a thin hour.

  1. Monday
    Two minutes

You send a line about how the commitment went. Two minutes, not a journal entry.

  2. Midweek
    One hour

The session. Same slot every week, held for you, camera optional.

  3. Same day
    Ten minutes

The note lands. You read it, and you agree the one commitment for the week ahead.

  4. The rest
    No homework

Nothing to prepare, nothing to read, nothing to catch up on. The work happens in your life, not on a worksheet.

Asked before

Straight answers.

Remote or in-studio?

Either, and you can mix them. Remote sessions are video or voice-only, whichever you find easier to be honest on. In-studio sessions happen at the practice, a converted brickworks; the address and directions come with your confirmation. Roughly two-thirds of clients are entirely remote.

What happens if I miss a session?

Tell us more than forty-eight hours ahead and we move it inside the same fortnight at no charge — the thirteen-week window on The Wheel exists for exactly this. Inside forty-eight hours the session is charged, unless it is the kind of week that is the reason you came, in which case say so and we will use judgement.

Is this therapy?

No, and it does not substitute for it. Coaching works forward from a life that is standing. If what is live is trauma, a diagnosis or a crisis, we will say so early and point you toward the right kind of help. If you are already working with a therapist, coaching alongside is often fine — we will ask you to mention it, and we will not ask what is discussed there.

Do you take on everyone who enquires?

No. Six people are on The Wheel at any time and we would rather give you a fast no than a slow yes. Where the fit is wrong we say why, and we suggest somewhere better placed. There is no charge for the first conversation either way.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes — three payments of £620, the first on booking. Single Sittings are paid on booking. The Kiln is a rolling monthly payment you can stop with thirty days’ notice; we will never make you write twice to cancel.

How long is the wait?

Single Sittings usually within two weeks. The Wheel depends on when a place opens — typically three to six weeks, occasionally longer in January. We tell you the real date in the first reply, not a placeholder.

Something not here? Ask it directly — we answer questions before anyone books.

Not sure which

Then start there.
It is the usual question.

Most people arrive unsure between a sitting and the twelve weeks, and it is a twenty-minute conversation to settle. Tell us what is spinning and we will tell you which vessel fits — including if the answer is neither.
