Wellness & life coaching · by appointment

You arrive as raw clay. We leave you centred.

Terra & Still is a quiet one-to-one practice. Over unhurried sessions we steady the wheel, find your true centre, and shape a life that holds its form under pressure.

What we believe

You were never broken.  Only off the wheel —  spinning fast, little off centre.

Coaching here isn't repair. It's centring — the patient work of bringing a scattered life back to its own axis, where the walls rise even and the whole form stops wobbling. You keep your hands on the clay the entire time.

The method

Three turns of
the wheel.

01 Weeks 1–3

Centre

Before anything is shaped, the clay must sit true on the wheel. We slow the spin, name what is actually pulling you off-axis, and find the quiet centre you can return to.

02 The working months

Shape

Now the walls rise. With steady, gentle pressure we open real space — new habits, cleaner boundaries, a truer voice — pulling the form upward without collapsing it.

03 Ongoing

Fire

What is shaped must be set. We bring the change to heat so it holds under stress — durable, load-bearing, yours to keep long after the sessions end.

The centring

Stop forcing the shape.  Let it find centre.

Ways to work together

Choose the vessel that fits.

Every path is one-to-one, unhurried, and paced to you. Not sure which? Begin anyway — we’ll find the right one together in the first sitting.

One session

The Single Sitting

A ninety-minute deep sitting for a decision that won't settle. We centre one thing and send you home with it steady.

Held in trust

The wobble
stopped.
I came in convinced I needed fixing. I left understanding I'd just been spinning too fast to see straight.
Marisa L. · after The Wheel
The centring work held. Six months on, the boundaries I built still stand under pressure — that's the part I didn't believe was possible.
Devon R. · after The Wheel
One sitting untangled a decision I'd carried for two years. I felt the wobble stop.

Begin

Steady the wheel.
Find your centre.

A first sitting is a conversation, not a commitment. Tell us what’s spinning, and we’ll help you feel where the centre is.
