    Written by Nell, not a template and not an autoresponder. It will either propose two times for a call or tell you plainly that this is not the right practice — and if it is the latter, it comes with a suggestion of where to look instead.

    Twenty minutes, no fee

    The first conversation.

    Voice or video, whichever is easier. You describe what is spinning; we ask three or four questions and say which of the three vessels fits, if any. Nobody is asked to decide anything on that call.

    Usually within a fortnight

    The first sitting.

    If it is a fit and there is a place, we book. You get the confirmation, the studio address if you are coming in, and the confidentiality policy — before any money moves.

This is a coaching practice, not a crisis service, and an enquiry here may wait two days for a reply. If you are in danger or in crisis right now, please contact your GP, an out-of-hours medical service, or your local emergency number instead — that is the right door, and we would rather say so on this page than in an email you are waiting on.
